If you sign up for our membership, you can add favorite items into your wish list and buy them later.
Just follow the instructions and you can check out easily, quickly, and safely!
Click the "Add to Cart" button for the items you want to buy. Then confirm your order by simply following the instructions. We accept PayPal payment only. PayPal is a payment method that allows you to pay with your credit card without telling us your financial information. Anyone can open an account in 5 minutes and use it for free.
After your order is completed, check the order confirmation email that we send automatically.
You can track your package anytime after shipping!
We will ship in 1-2 business days after your order has been completed. As soon as we ship your package, we will send an email. Your tracking number will be included in that mail. To check the current status and location of your package, go to the Japan Post website and type your number in the "Confirm Delivery Status" search box.
*If you have any concerns about your package after it arrives in your country, please contact your local post office.
Delivered in 3-5 days with Express / 6-12 days with Standard / 13-21 days with Economy*.
If you are not home when your local post office tries to deliver your package, please request redelivery as soon as possible.
If you do not ask them to redeliver, your package will be sent back to Japan. Sometimes the post office does not leave a missed delivery notice, so it is recommended that you frequently check on the delivery status. We can ship the package again, but please remember that you will have to pay the additional shipping cost.

We accept returns and exchange in the following cases:
・The items are not what you ordered:

・Items are damaged, soiled, or have gone missing while shipping:

Then bring your package to your local post office and ask them to write up a "Damage Report".
As soon as we get confirmation of your damage report, we will ship the items again.
・You've changed your mind:
― Please read the "Payments & Returns" page and email us from the "Contact Us" page. Then return your package unopened and unused.
