Ordering Process
Step 1: Browsing Our Store
Find your favorite yukata, kimono, and traditional Japanese items. You can find items more easily by using the search, filters, and collections.
If you create an account, you can add your favorite items to your wish list and purchase them later.
Step 2: Ordering
Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout instructions. You can check out easily, quickly, and safely.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed, and your card information is never shared with our store.
After your order is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically.
Step 3: Shipping
You can track your package online after your order has been shipped.
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Shipping may vary depending on the selected shipping method and Japanese holidays.
We use DHL, FedEx, EMS, and airmail depending on the destination, package size, and shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please check your tracking information regularly, especially after the package arrives in your country.

Step 4: Delivery
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Express: 3–5 business days
- Standard: 6–12 business days
- Economy: 13–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, remote areas, and carrier operations.
If you are not available when the carrier attempts delivery, please request redelivery or contact the carrier as soon as possible. Sometimes a missed delivery notice may not be left, so we recommend checking your tracking status regularly.
If the package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it may be returned to Japan. We may be able to ship the package again, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Step 5: Check the Items
Please check your items carefully after receiving your order. Make sure the items are what you ordered and that they have not been damaged during shipping.
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The item is not what you ordered.
- The item was damaged, soiled, or lost during shipping.
- You have changed your mind, as long as the item meets our return conditions.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible. The carrier may request photos of the package and damaged items for investigation.

Step 6: Try It On
Try on your yukata, kimono, or traditional Japanese item and enjoy wearing it. If you are unsure how to wear it, please see our How to Wear page.
If the item does not fit you or is different from what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return eligibility depends on our return policy and the condition of the item.
Step 7: Enjoy!
Now enjoy your yukata, kimono, or traditional Japanese item. We hope it brings you a graceful and beautiful Japanese style.
We would be very happy if you shared photos of yourself wearing our items. We may introduce customer photos on our website or social media with your permission.
